I thoroughly appreciated the online experience. The responses were suitably timely and quite helpful. Given my schedule and responsibilities, I was very happy that I could submit documents and have them reviewed online, and that I did not have to present myself physically until everything was reviewed and deemed satisfactory. Any other arrangement would have been extremely burdensome.
I appreciated that the handover of information between Richie and Ms. Athanas-David was complete so that I did not have to re-explain my situation and needs and I was able to move seamlessly to the process of receiving the required cheque from VENTURE. I was also quite pleased that even when I had to visit the branch, I did not have to spend a lot of time waiting around; things were very simple.
