Niall Legerton is a senior financial services executive with over 25 years’ experience and more than a decade in executive leadership. He works closely with Boards, regulators, auditors, and key stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on high-quality board reporting and alignment between strategy, risk appetite, and execution. His leadership approach is grounded in prudence, transparency, and evidence-based decision-making.

His background spans investment banking, credit analysis, and marketing management, providing a strong foundation in financial strategy and balance sheet management. He holds an MSc in International Finance from the University of Leicester, a BA from the University of the West Indies, and the AAMS® designation. He has also contributed to executive education at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and the University of the Southern Caribbean.
