Since during the pandemic an update was done on the Visa Debit Card that should've allowed updated balances after every transaction but to this day there has been no change. This is crucial for customers to properly track their balances and budget their spending. I would like to know when this update will take effect and if it cannot be done, the supplier of the cards should be replaced with one more efficient.
We continue to work closely with the provider, JMMB, to resolve the issues. We have decided however that if this is not accomplished by end June, we will pursue other options.
