Q: Was the out-going CEO asked to leave by the Board or did he leave on his own, also what did it cost the Credit Union with Mr. Lutchman’s departure?
A: The confidentiality of these matters does not allow discussion in the public. However, the terms and conditions of his departure were fully governed by his contract of employment
