    Q: Why are there so few bursaries for Cape students who are Members?

    A: VCU currently offers our Esme Raphael Bursary through the University of the West – St Augustine. Candidates are sent to us from UWI. These submissions are approved by the Board of Directors. Approval for applications from any other institution must be approved by the Board of Directors.
