Management Team
VENTURE is managed by a Board of Directors elected at the Annual General Meeting. Each year three Directors are outgoing and are eligible for re-election. Directors are elected for a three-year term.
At the Inaugural meeting of the new Board an Executive comprising President, Vice President, Secretary and Assistant Secretary are elected.
A General Manager and Operational Staff conduct the day-to-day business of the Credit Union.
